I think the person who wrote that actually attempted to be mature about it so I'm not going to criticise the post. Surgery is a touchy subject for Little Monsters so the writer did a good job at raising the subject without being rude and nasty.

I must admit I have noticed the changes in Gaga's face. She has cheekbones that she never used to have. And her nose sometimes looks alot smaller. Her chin looks different to me too but that could be the weight. 

I do think Gaga should be able to do what she wants with her own body and I'm not criticising her choices because we aren't in her head. We don't know how she feels about her appearance. But I must admit it worries me that she will become unrecognisable to us.

Gaga is still the Gaga we all discovered back in 2008. It's just that people change and these pseudo-fans forget that this woman has gone through rape, d--gs, PTSD, depression and lots of other troubles and disorders in her life. All of these elements impacted on the way her face looks now, the lip/cheek fillers are absolutely nothing and they can go away with time.

Now, when it comes to the message, I can honestly say that some people have nothing else to do but waste precious time of their life by... looking at details and a--lyzing them? I mean, you don't even know Gaga but you pretend to know the truth.

To me, Gaga isn't hypocritical, regarding Born This Way. She does what she wants, we're not supposed to rule her life and tell her what to do or even talk about her personal choices.

I do believe she's is plumping her lips from time to time. Like they were fine at Yale but they seemed plumped last night, especially after seeing this pic I think she does temporary injectables. Also notice the 2 red spots on her chin for case in point.

I completely agree. There are some changes that have happened to her face and we may never know what those are from. She has admitted to fillers, d--gs, smoking, eating disorders, etc. Age can be a huge part, too. Her nose does look slightly slimmer, but that could be done with contouring. She even used those nostril plugs to slim it out more. She has mastered face tape and basically any other non-surgical face altering procedure. Born This Way is about what's on the inside and being comfortable and loving yourself. There isn't anything wrong with changing something to make yourself more confident, as long as you are also content with who you are on the inside.
