Serious note: I think it's very hypocritical that they start an internet war after they attacked Paris when it was before already known that ISIS massacres tons of people. This is not the first time Anonymous has had dealings with ISIS. They had limited themselves to social media accounts. They simply shifted this to be their current top priority. Another group called the Ghost Security Group, an off-shoot of Anonymous, has been focused on ISIS for quite a while. It's good that Anonymous itself is following suit. I can't stand how these guys literally have their own magazine that they distribute... And probably do have a lot of activity in the deep web, but the most powerful countries in the world can't figure out their next moves. I was hoping for something along the lines of tracking down where exactly the location of all these accounts are and leaking this info to police or the general internet or SOMETHING. I get the disruption, and maybe this is only the first step, but I seriously hope there's more coming. Life ain't Hollywood for any one of us. Anonymous has taken on ISIL before, they've actually always been taking them on but it wasn't until the Paris attacks they vowed to really gun for them and teach others how to attack them online without breaking the law. Their speciality is intercepting them in the west, they can't really help the attacks in the middle east as the attacks are carried out a lot easier without the need for social media. These people don't use social media to post selfies with their grandma. They use them for reasons ranging from militant recruitment and networking to strategic planning.
