Estimations tend to be wrong, especially since 300k one was made prior to the album release. His album is #1 at iTunes while 1D album is #3. And usually Justin has bigger percentage of physical sales than 1D so he has more  of these too. So if he is inflated that would mean 1D is aswell. 

Also just like Purpose was predicted to do 300-350k BEFORE actual release ARTPOP was predicted to do 350k too few days before release. So as u can see these can often be wrong

Official charts are not published yet. But Bieber was #1 on iTunes for a whole week everywhere
