And nothing can be this identical unless gaga just photoshopped her face on his, BUT it can't be since applause single cover is just a screenshot of the music video. moving on, I'm not Turkish and this translation might be inaccurate, but according to google translate, his song is called "I live with applause". So the bottom line is, the haters literally searched every song that was ever created from everywhere just to find a relation to 'applause', then created a fake single cover as a cherry on top, to make gaga look like a total copycat.
