I sincerely hope they do succeed. If Anonymous hits ISIS's technological operations, they will be vulnerable. No one in this day and age can survive without technology. Do not underestimate hacking. It can be just efficient as physically defeating ISIS. Actually yeah they could put a spoke in ISIS' wheel...
