I don't think news outlets should be spreading that video, it's going to spread even more fear and panic.

This video has been played on repeat all day long on french TV channels. Bloody parts were blurred, but you could make out the horror of what was happening.

Anticipating those of you like "why didn't he help them, he just wanted views on instagram", the man recording this went down to help people and got shot in the arm by one of the shooters.
