The french laws themselves are not to blame in any case. 1 hour ago, MJHolland said: Except when you have massive crowds of people that are left defenseless like sitting ducks... Other than that your gun laws work fine *thumbs up* I dont know about your country , but here the police does its work and is trusted, u dont need to let citizens get guns. Here, shootings at schools or cinemas are extremely rare , and not a common thing unlike some countries you seem to take as exemple (*thumbs up*) . Let me just remind you that here we have seventeen times less shootings than in the US so dont even. The need for citizens to get guns is extremely low. lego 44,165
A Greek police source said the passport's owner had arrived on a small vessel from Turkey with a group of 69 refugees, and had his fingerprints taken by Greek officials. It is not known whether Mohammed Almohammad was involved in the atrocity. He has not yet been named as one of the bombers by authorities. The passport may have been bought or stolen. It is also possible that the Syrian passport may have been a forgery. http://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/europe/france-attacks-is-this-the-face-of-paris-suicide-bomber-ahmed-almohammad-a6735216.html FreePalestine

Also, idk how you sleep at night knowing that the people in that theater could have defended themselves had the government allowed them to. You don't see any flaws in the mindset you have? So if I go to a concert (which I am doing next saturday) i should carry a gun in case some fanatics decide to shoot me? You don't think that preventing people from getting guns, cooperation between countries and working on deeper roots causing such violence are more effective than putting a salt on a bleeding wound, by handing guns to the average joe down there. As if we don't have enough lunatics that will try anything to get a gun now we should make their job easier by allowing any citizen to carry a gun? Do you even listen to yourself? I find it laughable that countries like the US that are extremely bad when it comes to gun control feel they can tell France what to do to prevent terrorism event. France has a different culture and different issues and guns aren't an issue now because it's not in our culture to get them out as soon as we have a problem with someone. And yes btw I can sleep at night because I know the police in my country is doing the best to protect us, that we are united and help each other in such time and that in normal times I don't see incidents like toddlers and kids shooting each other or a teenager killing people in his school on the news, because we don't have such deadly weapon accessible to do it. Extremists will always get their hands on guns. It's inevitable. And with the thousands of extremists France is about to take into their country without any background checks whatsoever, I would probably get used to attacks by these people tbqfh. Yeah blame France for striking in Syria to defend themselves against an army of murderers whose only goal is to destroy the western world. Blame France for trying to protect itself and the world from sick terrorists. I know i wont. It's a war, and you dont seem to understand that. They were attacking France even before we decided to do strikes in Syria, so you implying that they wouldnt have attacked us if we didnt go to Syria doesnt make any sense. Do you honestly think France wouldnt reply to the horrible attacks made on its territory? Do you really think France would let things happen, let terrorists in Syria get trained to then come kill in Europe? A war is a war, and you trying to blame France for what crazy radical islamists did really is poor taste. You mention their oils and how it's being bombed by France. Do you know that those terrorists take control of oil sources to sell oil and that's how they make millions that they use to terrorise the own citizens of Syria but also to train people to attack Europe? You're blaming the french army for destroying the ways ISIS makes money? I'll suggest you to think before posting because many of your posts actually dont make any sense. Thank you. " In the wake of the slaughter in Paris, many commenters have questioned why the perpetrators would carry passports with them during the highly co-ordinated attacks. Simon Kuper, a columnist with the Financial Times and Paris resident, said the move could be part of a strategy by IS to “discredit” refugees and force Europe to close its borders." lego 44,165
Look at this "media reports suggested that an Egyptian passport discovered near the Stade de France - which was targeted by two suicide bombers on Friday - belonged to one of the attackers. However, it emerged on Sunday that the passport was held by an Egyptian football fan who was severely injured by an attack that struck during a friendly between France and Germany. Egypt's ambassador to France, Ihab Badawi, told Egyptian media that no charges had been levelled against Walid Abdel Razzaq. The fan, Abdel Razzaq, has had three operations since sustaining grave injuries, his brother told Egyptian news channel al-Hayat on Sunday, and still has shrapnel in his body from the blast. Translation: The Egyptian passport belonged to one of the victims, Walid Abdel Razzaq - he is still clinging to life in a French hospital “He was like any other young guy who goes to watch the football,” Wael Abdel Razzaq told the show’s host. You are clearly a patriot witch im against and thats why you are taking this personally but im a Libertarian Anarchist. The government went on a illegal war even though people voted against it witch makes your country leader a king? Yes I am blaming france and the west for interfering in the Middle East for their own interest and making it a proxy war and funding islamic groups to do their dirty works.. then they do the most stupid thing ever by welcoming the people they just bombed into their country!! France was not attacked in the past it was just the magazine office but now its the entire city and its people. Terrorists goal is not to destroy the western world, its goal is for the western world to not destroy the islamic world and aslong as the west doesnt stop, they wont stop either. ISIS and the west are both terrorists but one is honest about it and the other hides behind wearing suits and ties and its so called democracy. Time is precious and i dont wanna use mine to answer comments saying France is as much of a terrorist as Isis, as much as people who slaughter people just for disagreeing with them , for believeing in something else, who hangs men for loving other men, and kill faithful women by rock throwing. For your information, the french president, as chief of the armies, does have the power to go to war if it's needed, and frankly your opinion about it is the least of my concerns. Im willing to have a debate with anyone, but with someone who at least has serious arguments about the subject, i just cant take you seriously. Dont quote me again, im serious, im done with you. Your country does not have the power to go to war for many reasons. They will have to print money out of thin air or tax people watch will create an unrecovered economic crisis and ISIS cant be defeated by war they actually grow the more you fight them. lego 44,165
“One has to see that those who organized these attacks and those that perpetrated them are exactly those that the refugees are fleeing and not the opposite,” Mr. Juncker said. “As a result, there are no grounds to revise Europe’s policies on the matter of refugees.” Mr. Juncker said he didn’t have any detailed information on the identity of the Paris attackers, but that terrorists shouldn’t be put on equal footing with legitimate refugees. “I don’t believe that the individual in question can be categorized as a refugee or an asylum seeker,” he said. “I believe that in his case we’re dealing with a migrant who abused the procedures.” Ms. Merkel also stressed that distinction, saying a full investigation of the Paris attacks was necessary. “We owe this to the victims and their relatives. But we also owe this to our own security, and we owe this to the many innocent refugees that are fleeing war and terrorism,” she said. http://www.wsj.com/articles/eu-leaders-seek-coordination-against-isis-after-paris-attacks-1447581670 FreePalestine
