Wouldn't have to be a gay man - being a man would be enough to fail. Male electronic pop singers just aren't as good overall so most fail before even getting a chance. Women have better voices overall in my opinion anyway though. If Gaga wasn't a woman I probably wouldn't be listening to the music - because these songs can be exactly the same, but if it's not a womans voice than I'm more prone to dislike it. I just don't like most mens singing voices - so I'm very biased.

 

I would say though, Just Dance does work when sung by guys too... So I'll be honest I have no idea what I'm talking about.
