Katsuki Bakugo 9,788
I'm sorry, but I have no idea what you are saying here. its the Labels and CEO's that the GP have to influence to receive change in music industry... Its the Labels who's opinions matter... Look at Adele... She tried baby mother music and it was rejected ... Why? Because no one wants that If All You Ever Do Is Look Down On People, You Won't Be Able To Recognize Your Own Weaknesses.
bradshaw 266
Interscope is literally the only label in the industry that actively allows their artist to have their artistic freedom while also keeping them somewhat successful. Gaga's debut was kind of generic but after the atmospheric success of it they allowed her all the artistic freedom she wanted. Born This Way would have never been released by Katy Perry or Rihanna after the Teenage Dream/Loud eras. But with Gaga, she literally released it after her critcally/publicly acclaimed The Fame Monster. She's better off with a label that wants her to be successful and an artist because if she's surrounded by a label full of yes men then she will never have a solid group of people to tell when she's right/wrong. I kind of like that because Gaga is very courageous but her ideas can be too crazy at times. This fanbase also shouldn't even worry about Gaga right now because her current label/management are amazing & non-controlling, so you can guarantee that Gaga will serve successful avant-garde popstar again with her next era and everyone will kiss ha ass. i caught your fever, i'll be feeling it forever
