I hate it tbh. Since the beginning she tries to explain that Gaga is Stefani and not just a character. Now Gaga seems to be a character. I wonder if we'll know the real person. Anyway, Lady Gaga is the most artistic work she ever done.  

We already do know her, no matter what name she goes by. "Gaga" is very much a part of Stefani. Don't get hung up on the name, and listen to what she's saying.

I would have to watch a full transcribed for context but I don't like this quote. She's always contradicting herself with things like this. Also it makes me feel like she's manufactured and not real. Really troubling quote and far as her authenticity. That's how I took it
