What do you talk ? Did it changed recently ? The last time i saw it it was on the Israeli side of the wall. Its also holy for muslim btw... This is not like Christianity, no one needs to "belong to churche/mosqu" and give any money to it.Israel always puts ridiculous age limits, like only Palestinian men over 50 and married women over 30 can enter, or something like that. They don't consider it Muslim but part of the three religion Judaism, Christianity and Islam and being part of Palestinian territories which is a huge differences, for once wikipédia made a good summary and you can check the article sourced. I don't know if it's currently closed but when you consider the location of the site it makes sense for security reason to close it right now to Jews.
