As the official DVD has Dance In The Dark beginning at the middle of the song i just added the missing parts that were TOTALLY needed. Enjoy! There's not a soundboard from the BTWBall, there's only an HQ audience recording called Nativity Of The Monster from Tokyo, and it's a bootleg.
