It was established at the time that it was part of the original song - people were quick to say it was Gaga because they only listened to half the song which didn't sound like the one in the video, but it's there towards the end of the song. Can't remember the exact timing but someone here posted it when everyone was speculatingI've listened through the whole time, unless the spotify version is different, this is not in there.
