Benji 20,113 Posted October 15, 2015 Share Posted October 15, 2015 Play as many gigs as possible.When a venue likes you, they'll put your name forward to acts that come in to support them, same with other artists... if they like you, they'll want you to open for them etc. You just need to get yourself, your sound and your name out there for as many people to find.Most artists only get signed after being spotted performing. Unless you can generate a viral hit (which is really, bloody hard and also not advisable as you'll be forced to chase the success) this will be your best bet.
