For instance, if you could cast Lady Gaga as a different Hotel character, who would you pick? I think Kathy as Iris is great and so is Wes as John, but I'd have cast Max Greenfield as Donavon or Tristan, Gaga as Sally and Sarah Paulson as the Countess, maybe Evan as Tristan and Matt as James? For example, Greenfield is adorable but doesn't have Bomer's inhuman beauty or suavity, Gaga doesn't have Paulson's unpredictable edge, and Paulson doesn't have Gaga's old-school glamour and voluptuousness.
