Gaga has six grammys

Would you prefer her to have one grammy less and a global SMASH hit instead?  (a huge one, at the level of Poker Face and Bad Romance).

It could be applause, dwuw, or a new one.

What's more important to you? A grammy or a smash hit? :stalkga:

Vote and discuss.

No because #1 could be really critically acclaimed but could just be terrible quality music, like most of the music from this year and 2014. And she worked hard for ha Grammys, she deserves them.

Bad romance wasn't #1.

And if her #1 is going to be like the music released this past years quality wise... get those grammys.

I'd rather have a Grammy while the awards still mean something, it's not as hard to go number one anymore if you have a catchy basic song

Definitely.

Gaga's most succesful songs are all iconic and they made a huge impact so i would be totally here for another one.

An iconic and a timeless signature bop >>>>>>>> a grammy.

:bye:Stupid mess. Having a single that's popular means nothing. A Grammy actually means something.

A Grammy is physical proof of professionally recognized achievement to the highest of industry standards. It is irreplaceable and the single most valuable honor known to music.

A #1 is a fleeting, less respected indicator of quality.

Not that either are inherently indicative of quality, but to the public, a Grammy is seen as the ultimate form of validation of a musical work, while a #1 is seen as more directly influenced by the public and therefore not a means of accurately determining value.

This...even with all her #1's almost matching MJ for one album...nobody sees her as a legit ARTIST who makes QUALITY music cuz she has no Grammy
