retroglamx 5,178 Posted October 12, 2015 Share Posted October 12, 2015 She looks the same to me, I don't understand why everyone is so obsessed with pointing out what parts of her face look different than before, we know for a fact that Gaga is an everchanging chameleon and she's always working with makeup artists than can alter her looks without her going under the knife. The only thing I notice in this photo is her nose, which is missing the infamous bump. Anyway, I think it's one of those plastic things you put under your nostrils to straighten it up.
