Rising taxes, surging hydro rates, destruction of manufacturing sector, and huge budget deficits larger than that of the Federal Governemnt has given Ontario twice the debt of California threatning to cause a default that could affect entire financial system. The Conservatives just before elections have used this to their advantage saying if Canada votes for the Liberals, then at the National Level you will have the same Failures Ontario has faced. They dont like eachother when the premier of ontario demanded a meeting with Prime Minister to discuss important issues they didnt see eye to eye on, the Prime Minister avoided her for a whole year by always findig an excuse until once pressure got to him he finally agreed to meet with her for half and hour Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
