It maybe a violation of privacy, but nothing more. As much as I find it violating in general that someone will Take shots of ppl naked (though out and about) and publish them. I must say I'm 99% sure this was done on purpose. Justin knows very very well there are always paps in Bora Bora. Hi has been there before. He also posted nude photo of himself from The same place. So there is no way in hell that he didnt do this knowing very well he would be photographed. He choose not to put on pants or whatever and went out to The open. C'mon this is not an accident.

Ofcourse it doesnt mean that The paps and their job is completely morally wrong and are scum!

lets not argue. I Said The whole concept of paps is disgusting but it is The reality of things which he absolutely knows. Hence it was his concious decision to go out naked, he knew paps are there. But yeah, no point arguing about it. And yes pap-culture is wrong on soooo many lvls.

Like when Jennifer Lawrence's nudes leaked... She received a lot of support. Was it "her fault" because she had the pics taken in the first place?
