Diamond Heart 4,400
I couldnt care less tbh.If shes smoking a cigarette anyway, whats wrong with taking a photo? I mean if she lighting and smoking them just for photo's id be like but i dont think she is.If anything all it says to me is that shes smoking a bit more than usual, maybe because shes on a diet or something. I also dont think it has anything to do with music, ahs or her career in general. "GGD IS NOT FOR YOU" - Admin
Whispering 18,865
I'm using an 18mg liquid at the moment whilst continuing to smoke. I just want to mix it up a little until these herbal ones arrive to attempt another nicotine free quit. I've tried patches, gum, lozenges, the weird little whistle thing and vaping but I'm finding I always run back to smoking when I try to wean myself off the nicotine. The longest I've been nicotine free was a week when I tried going cold turkey but I felt like a social outcast because all of my friends were smoking and the urge and cravings came running back I'm just hoping having something to literally smoke without the nicotine will help take the urge away as I'll be fulfilling the action Have you tried the prescription meds? I've had friends who have had some success with those, when everything else failed. You need thirty days for a change of habit to start to take hold. Unfortunately, that means not going to places or being around people that make you want to smoke....at least for thirty days. It sounds harsh, but if you really want to quit...what is thirty days in the comparison to the rest of your life?

It sounds harsh, but if you really want to quit...what is thirty days in the comparison to the rest of your life? I was debating trying champix but a lot of people in my family have had spells of depression so I don't really want to take anything when that's a complaint with it Yeah, it's true. It's just a pain whilst a majority of my friends at home, uni and work mostly all smoke I'm going to try this e-cig for a while again, failing that turn to the herbal cigs and then if that fails, take a break and try it all again The main problem is determination, I want to quit for health and (as low as it sounds) vanity reasons but after stopping for a while, the temptation always comes back because I'm constantly surrounded by smokers
