gagzus 23,139
Some stereotypical fields such as Airlines & Hospitality related fields scored the highest, whilst stereotypical Heteros-xual manual labour roles like Mining and Engineering scored some of the lowest. The most shockingly low (worst) Fields for LGBT people is in fact Healthcare professions in the U.S. and until the government passes LGBT federal anti-discrimination laws in the workplace, as only 31 of the states have protection laws for LGB members and only 28 with protection related to gender identity, discrimination against LGBT members is still a big thing in the U.S. when it comes to jobs it seems. Colarado had the lowest CEI score in relation to LGBT workers along with Arizona and Arkansas, whilst New York and California had some of the highest scores.Source
