1) 8,5 - The production is great, no one can deny that
2) 8 - The melodies are great too
3) 7 - Not the greatest lyrics ever, but not as bad as someone claims
4) 6,5 - Not so "unique" since there is another album out there that I think sounds almost the same (PRISM)

:lmao:WHAT? I can't find any song like Legendary Lovers, Walking On Air, Unconditionally, Dark Horse, Ghost, Love Me, This Moment, Double Rainbow, By the Grace of God, Spiritual, It Takes Two, or Choose Your Battles on Teenage Dream. How are they even similar?

Production - 10/10. It's very well-done and in the time it came out, bubblegum pop (although that's not the genre and style of the ENTIRE album) wasn't general or dominant in mainstream, so I wouldn't call it generic. The production is perfect for every track.

Melodies - 10/10. The melodies are so beautiful, catchy, and amazing. Teenage Dream undoubtedly has served us some of the best pop melodies of all time.

Lyrics - 9/10. All the songs (except for Peacock :later: but I still love that song and the lyrics aren't that bad) are very well-written. For all the songs, verses flow well, lyrics are very descriptive, lyrics strike true emotion and depth (again, except for Peacock :adam:, although it still does strike emotion and depth to some extent :proud:), and the hooks are killer.

Uniqueness - 8/10. At the time it was released, no other album was as fun and vibrant in years! That album popularized bubblegum pop again and brought it back to mainstream. Everything from the album's covert art, photoshoot, imagery, concept, theme, style & genre (at least for the time it came out), and the sonics of the album is unique and special.

I know that it's your opinion but some objectivity doesn't hurt :sharon: I mean 9/10 at lyrics? :awkney:

Really? From all the people giving it 2, 3, 4 etc you quote me? :awkney:
I said it sounds ALMOST the same, it doesn't mean every song on PRISM sounds like the ones on Teenage Dream. I wasn't bashing her in any way, I really LOVE her music. But fortunately every person has an opinion, and this is mine.
