It'll be around the right time to do it, and her era direction will probably be set by then. Plus, it'll be televised, she'll get to cover Billboard magazine, and they'll hype the **** out of her announcement. It seems that if there's a time to announce the album name in public and not on some Instagram post this would be the time. What do you think? Do you think she should announce it weeks before the first single on social media? Maybe have a press confrence? Kevin Parker, Mac Demarco, Mark Ronson, and a stoned Lady Gaga. Need I say more? They need to be treated like five year olds...don't tell them until the night before leaving for Disney World. Otherwise, they will drive the adults crazy!
