DiscoHeaven23 35,007
Okay so I've been long awaiting the return of Janet Jackson and have gotten a chance to go through the album quickly and listen to the tracks. Overall: This is a solid album. Janet has held onto her self-respect and made a quality album that stays true to talent and artistry. This is refreshing because some in her position have tried WAY too hard to sound current. There are so many original sounds and mature vibes found throughout the album. It's a pleasant listening experience. I would say the album is 80% R&B and 20% dance. I would venture to say that this is her best album (artistically) since The Velvet Rope. Favorite Tracks: -BURNITUP! (YUMMY) -Dammn Baby -The Great Forever -Shoulda Known Better -Night (LOVE THIS ONE) -Take Me Away -Well Traveled -Gon' B Alright

Quasi 10,988
I've listened to most of the album and so far, I can tell you I don't enjoy all of them, but the ones I do like are amazing pop records. Even though I don't like all the songs, I appreciate how different this album sounds compared to every other pop album out today. I couldn't help but think that this album should be considered its own genre because I've never heard this kind of production before - it combines electronic, live instruments, and even nature sounds. It's amazing how it all works in harmony. Every song is somewhat minimalistic, but still sounds very lush and relaxing. The album makes me feel comfortable and really.....soothed. That's a good word to describe it. I can already picture myself staring out the window when it's raining and just taking in this album.Stand outs for me:-Unbreakable-The Great Forever-Broken Hearts Heal-Night-No Sleeep-Take Me Away I don't understand pineapples, so I don't eat bananas. Snow 1,582
Hmmm well sort of nice &okey. Doesnt really do anything for me on first listen at least. Much better than previous couple of efforts, but NOWHERE near The velvet rope (brilliant) or Control. But not a bad one in any sence.

The tracks I like are:UnbreakableBURNITUP!No SleeepThe Great ForeverShoulda Known BetterTake Me AwayI wish there would have been a bigger promotional push for this album, I think some of these songs could have done well on pop radio. Oh well, at least the reviews so far have been great.
