Go to a thrift store. Buy a cheap,simple,and elegant dress. Doesn't matter what color. Also look into jewelry and shoes there,like pearls or something with crystals. Then go to a craft store. Get a white fur boa (not feathered,but you can if you choose to). Finally head to the costume store. Get a blond wig and a wig cap. If you have makeup at home good. If not get makeup as well. For hair and makeup just look at promotional pictures she's done and that'll be your guide. Hope you have fun and enjoy your Halloween! :)
