I think ARTPOP should have been called Gaga from the start. All of the songs are SO Gaga, but not ARTPOP. It's weird. I can't think of any other album that Gaga could make that could have that title.

I might be okay with Gaga but I love her album titles. They are filled with mystery until the day you hear the music. Honestly, if LG5 is self-titled, I'll still be bopping to it.

I'm okay with Gaga as a title. It's safe. Reduces the risk of her or her managment choosing a bad name..

Kevin Parker, Mac Demarco, Mark Ronson, and a stoned Lady Gaga. Need I say more?

Self titled albums only work when its a debut album, a come back album or 'best of' album so no.

She's one of the few greats not to have one.

That's because she's above that.

Imo self-titled albums are only ok if it's a debut album or possibly a greatest hits album.
