It was nice to hear everyone talk about her and how huge she was. She was relatable. She seemed like that girl who would go to the bars with and try and outdrink you. It's more about music, it was her persona. I liked her for who she was, not her incredible success, even tho it was a great bonus. It all changed during BTW, she felt she had to be a savior and a mother. I have a mom so the mother monster Ish I never participated in from btw and I cringe when people call her mom. Her career started to dive during this time because she became too much. I didn't like btw, and I noticed her popularity declining. Oh well, I was there for her whenever everyone thought she was a man with a huge d**k. And AP didn't do much for me either. When applause came out I lived for it and I got really excited for AP, then venus came out and that mess of a song didn't help, then DWUW kinda revived me. I'm not saying there aren't people who only wanna be fans when she's huge, but I'm saying just cuz the fans who have been around since TF/TFM want that Gaga back cuz that's when she was on her A game doesn't mean they only care about her success. Each one has touched my life in one way or another and because of that I feel I have a responsibility to support them to show my respect for what they have done for my life. It'd be pretty stupid to buy something from your favorite artist even if you don't like it. Gaga can release commercially successsful album, but if it's sh*t she won't be getting any of my coins. mic 1,415 Posted September 28, 2015 Share Posted September 28, 2015 I admit with most what you have wrote, however I see nothing bad in preferring TFM era success to others.personally I believe that success comes for a reason, and I think it's undeniable that TF/TFM brought some craziest and most fresh and inspirational imaginery along with performances and songs.abd that's why I count for Gaga achieving success again, because her best songs achieved it. I love ARTPOP and tolerate Born This Way, however they did not bring as much to the table as the previous two did.that what I love about Gaga, innovation! c2c and til it happens to you are cute but repetitive.if she doesn't want to continue that path with LG5 I'll be fine with it and focus on the message instead of music I guess.
