Believe me, as a person who is not that good at programming, I can even make an app that enables user to create useless gifs like ARTPOP app, and play 15 songs. And what of the other stuff? I mean I remember getting excited for what ARTPOP's gonna have in store for us and it all suddenly went downhill. Seeing PETGA the first time was one of the best slayage in the entire era tbh.
