(AP) — An 8-year-old girl received a one-day suspension from her southern New Jersey public elementary school for wearing a shirt that was the wrong shade of green. The girl's mother tells WTXF-TV (http://bit.ly/1MJ0vsL ) that Winslow Township Elementary School No. 4 sent her daughter home Tuesday for wearing a kelly green polo shirt, which was deemed to be in violation of the Camden County school's dress code. The school's dress code specifies that shirts and blouses may only be white, dark green or navy. Winslow Township School's code on dress and grooming says "school attire can influence a pupil's behavior and potentially impact the academic environment." I couldn't attends class once because my shoe laces were gray and not black The dress code in my school said that the uniform t-shirt and the uniform sweater needed to be in contact. Which means, you could come with whatever sweatshirt you wanted on top of everything as long as the uniform was together. And they took it very seriously. No need to call anyone an 'obese cow' because being fat is not something to be ashamed of.2. I'm pretty sure teachers don't just dresscode kids for the shake of it -at least, most of them-. Sad truth is, schools are enterprises and they force their employees to do certain stuff that makes no sense: because it sells more seeing a group of kids perfectly equal than a herd of kids each wearing a different shade of green. Theres like 50 shades of green. B*tches be complaining that bad students dont show up to classes, yet the nice students that show up get kicked out?
