Police arrested the student responsible for the initial attack for misdemeanor battery and released him to his parents. It shows that theirs consequences to every action you make in the real world.The article says that the bully was arrested, so its not like he got off scott free. I just hope thr school made it abundantly clear that the suspension was solely because of policy and that they understood why he did what he did.
