She didn't, when it goes on private, the badge goes away, but it she were to put it to normal, then the badge would be there.

I have some people in my family who have mental illness and she now sounds like one of them, to play the victim and be a bully at the same time. I think she needs help, or she will go like britney and go really crazy. It's really sad

Yes, beware of people who play the victim and use it to bully others. The good thing about  her discrediting herself, is it will make it harder to be a bully. The obvious crazies aren't as dangerous and the one's not quite right who can still influence a following.

You can tell she just wants media attention. She barely gets any so she has to make her account go public so she can have people give her attention. There is something seriously wrong with this girl. And not in a mean way.
