I hate to say it but I honestly don't like it...

His falsetto is too much in this. He has such a great chest voice it would have been much more powerful if he only used his falsetto sparingly.

Okay, lemme listen to it, :lolly:

It's beautiful. It sure got the vibe of a James Bond song.  :whitney:

Some of them want to abuse you, some of them want be abused.

I turned it off right after he started squeaking like a mouse that got kicked into a refrigerator

Nice job Samuel, the melodies are presentable. The production is wonderful. The lyrics are moderately atrocious as usual too, unsurprisingly. Why don't you try again next time when you learn that just because your voice can reach the pitch of a teapot doesn't mean it has to on every song

Can't wait for the next Bond theme! :air:

Dangerous Man

Oh no,  we have now a strong competition for TIHTY. The song is beautiful. Queen of soul indeed.

"A little less conversation and a little more touch my body."

He irritates me. Everyone seems to love him but he's just a bunch of technical talent mixed with an incredibly annoying voice (imo) and people act as if his music is high class or something when really the lyrics are absolutely generic and even awful on every release. Plus, like many of the more popular male artists today, he's hooked on his falsetto so much he sounds like a squeak toy that got punched in the throat. His artistry doesn't interest me, I detest his vocals, the usual production of his music is uninteresting and his general artistic/musical direction is not my cup of tea, and actually quite bland to me. He is literally one of the most generic, non-thought provoking artists imaginable but dressed up in a "mature" adult contemporary backing and that seems to hide it for people. He gets respect for what, exactly? No boundary pushing and everything he is or does has been done before. This is at least decent for a Sam Smith song because it's interesting, it's orchestral and it's different. He's good with melodies on this one too, I'll give him that. I just do not get his appeal. And now some of us who aren't fans have to wait even longer for a good Bond theme.

Then don't enter a thread with his name just to spred negativity. Bye :miley:
