From Cheek to Cheek to American Horror Story - only 7 months difference.

One of Gaga's undeniably best and most useful traits is her ability to adapt and change. For every era she has drastically changed her style, looking to inspirations from the past and using creations of present fashion. My question is, what transition of change of era style were you most happy about?

My personal favourite is ARTPOP to C2C. In a matter of months she went from one end of the spectrum to the other.

Kevin Parker, Mac Demarco, Mark Ronson, and a stoned Lady Gaga. Need I say more?

The Fame to The Fame Monster without doubt.

it was so drastic as well, certainly her most shocking change imo

My favorite transformation was, hands down, The Fame to The Fame Monster/Born This Way. She had the world at her feet and every sane person would have kept the fasion cute and s-xy, but Gaga just went darker and darker and made even dancing covered in fake blood fashionable.

I seriously can't wait for her next era. Just like Dianne said - she can go anywhere, at this point of her career.

The Fame to The Fame Monster

Her debut era, sonically and visually was about a pretty lighthearted surface with a tongue-in-cheek hidden intriguing message, but never without the fun and the color and the glitter.

The next era, sonically and visually, became harsh, deep and dark. She presented the monster behind the fame, not just exposing herself emotionally in a more straightforward way (first monster behind the spotlight), but also simultaneously annihilated her figure as a pop icon by dismantling the worth and value of fame after having achieved it (the second monster).

It was pretty genius and conceptually solid. That doesn't compare to ARTPOP's already chaotic and mindless concept going to a largely nostalgic feel of C2C that didn't make any sense in a context of continuity. But The Fame and The Fame Monster tell one story.

Born This Way/ ARTPOP

I hated what happened with her face but loved her hairstyles and the outfits were so cute, and in 2013 I kinda like the checkered shirt with no pants type of outfit.

feel the fever

Born This Way to ARTPOP

From a more outward emotional state to an inner beauty kind of album, she went from a hybrid of a motorcycle and bad b---h in leather to a auburn haired goddess from Venus with colors and electronic music everywhere :sara:

I love ARTPOP so much

You're stinky
