He believes any Muslim shouldn't be the President, due to his extremely conservative Christian beliefs. He would say the same thing about a Buddist or Atheist. I wonder what he would think about a Jewish president? They worship the "Hebrew God" like Christians do, so that might be alright under his narrow religious beliefs.
