Gaga is totally into metal and has been seen with or wore shirts of Anthrax,,Stryper, G.B.H., Black Sabbath (Ozzie), Iron Maiden, Baby Metal, Alice Cooper, Kiss, and Megadeth.  I think she will do metal sometime in the future, but not necessarily LG5.

YAAAS I LOVE POSTS LIKE THIS! Gaga singing rock or metal will definitely make me love her more than I already do now. She exudes "rockstar" to me, ever since the beginning. I don't even know what else to write or say cause I'm honestly to the moon with her doing something with rock or metal. I don't understand why some people are scared of her dabbling it it like? It's not the devil worshipping/screamo stuff people associate it with, there's various sub genres between those two genres that go well with Gaga! Of course she won't release a full on metal album, but we can't deny that she is highly influenced and inspired right now with heavy metal music.

The first song reminds me of Judas a little bit.

But I think that LG5 will be pop, something like BTW but with a more polished and organic sound maybe.

I hope she serves us a huge rock power ballad like bohemian rhapsody. But in her own style, with dance, rock, and pop influences. She is a great storyteller in her music too.

She is the only artist bold enough to release something like this these days IMO. I always expect timeless songs from Gaga.

She's working with RedOne so obviously it can't be rock music 

 

you are aware there's an electric guitar stem in Do What U Want, Born This Way, Judas, Hair and pretty much all of TF & TFM an electric guitar stem is used in almost all her pop songs at some point so Electric Guitar =/= Rock/Metal.

I'm still saying the album will be more like The Fame & still majorly electronic since she's an EDM (specifically Dance) artist first and foremost.

because she practically just growls and screams and thinks aggressive = good rock vocals and she tries to imitate male rock icons too much and is unoriginal when she performs rock songs, it really doesn't mean she's good plus the fact just because she's a fan of that type of music also doesn't equal she's good at it, we're fans of gaga but that doesn't make us all good singers or fashion icons, i'm good with fashion but i sound like a dying cat singing tbh.
