Did Gaga ruin Cher

I mean Cher clearly said why Gaga didn't want it released. She thought the song she wrote was horrible and that she didn't wanna have f*cking Cher be wound up with her second-rate leftover pieces she didn't like herself. If I was Cher I'd be honored to have a songwriter say to me "This song is not good enough for you." because of my reputation.

As long as Cher keeps on having her Twitter rants, we're all fine :flutter:

Its Gaga we're talking about. Lol. We're never getting that collab. I love Gaga, but sometimes I feel like she just says things just because its the right thing to say. Its pretty messed up because she ends up leaving people confused and upset, but eh I'm used to it.

it still leaked years ago so it's fine

Cher was obviously very excited about Gaga and The Greatest Thing and I don't think she would have made an album aside from getting excited about music again because of that collab.

Then Gaga deleted the song which was supposed to be the single and left Cher with a terrible single and no possible album era.

Should Cher be more mad?

Did she make an album for nothing?

One good song does not an album make. Besides there is some great bops on that album Red. That should have been the first single. I walk alone cowritten by Pink was great too. It was a good album.

she never said it was horrible. :duck: she only stated that she didn't like the final product due to the way her vocals were edited. lyrically, the song is very good.

I'm glad Cher handled the situation like the smart, adult woman she is. If it had been someone like Azealia Banks, Iggy, or most other pop girls, it would have been a goddamn fiasco on twitter and in the press. "Gaga, what's good".

Whatever happened between them it belongs to the past. The most important thing is that they're still good friends <3

I think you guys assume she had more control over her career then she actually did. The music industry is a corporation.

I highly doubt this situation created anything more than inconvenience and disappointment.
