For sure the videos exist or were natively filmed in very high quality. I doubt we will get those versions because it might be hard for the music labels to find them or something.

FYI big music videos are shot with cameras used for cinema, which means they shoot in 4k.

4k is the necessary resolution to get a sharp image on a cinema screen. Just taking the opportunity to put it out there: 4k TV screens are a scam. Unless you plan on having a screen as big as a cinema screen at home, which is pretty unlikely, you won't see any difference between a 1080p and a 4k image. It's just a marketing strategy to make people feel like they're upgrading, when in fact getting a 4k image on a living room screen is an aberration.

I know right, I laugh at people selling these. Blue Ray is only 1080 and I don't see them releasing a 4k DVD format anytime soon. Plus tv/video streaming is only 720/1080 at the moment as well.

It can receive a 4K transfer if it was recorded on Film, yes. But, knowing Interscope, their probably too lazy.
