Yanko 9,860
http://www.billboard.com/articles/news/6685770/15-year-old-boy-arrested-instagram-eminem-im-back-lyrics-columbine-fresno?utm_source=twitter Police arrested a 15-year-old boy in Fresno, Calif., on Monday (Aug. 31) after he posted an Instagram including lyrics from Eminem's song "I'm Back" that reference the 1999 Columbine High School shooting. San Joaquin Memorial High School officials notified police of the sophomore's post that read, "I take seven kids from Columbine, stand ’em all in a line, add an AK-47, a revolver, a nine, a MAC-11 and it oughtta solve the problem of mine. And that’s a whole school of bullies shot up all at one time. I’m just like Shady and just as crazy as the world was over this whole Y2K thing." Due to the alleged Instagram threat, Tuesday (Sept. 1) classes were cancelled at San Joaquin Memorial as well as St. Anthony's Catholic School, where the boy previously attended. The alarming content led to the student's arrest on charges of making terrorist threats -- a felony -- and for disrupting school activity, according to The Fresno Bee. Police also initiated an investigation of the boy's home, where they found several guns, ammunition, and a bulletproof vest. In a press conference, Fresno police Chief Jerry Dyer said investigators “have every reason to believe that there was potential for a threat to be carried out," referencing the boy's "socially awkward," "loner" characteristics. "These are really all of the things we look for in individuals that historically have been involved in incidents like Columbine," he added. "So we’re very fortunate that this was brought to our attention." Although the family lawyer, Linden Lindahl, is claiming the boy's account was hacked and he did not post the Instagram, he is currently in juvenile detention. GloZell Green 11,723
I don't believe the whole hacked thing. They always use that as an excuse to justify something they do on their profile. He deserves it. Should think twice before putting those idiotic lyrics by that bad influence Lady Gaga | Shakira

Instead of the bully getting punished, the victim ends up getting the ultimate punishment over a really stupid plan to put an end to the bullying. This is why bullying in school should be more looked on rather than just being ignored or having a 10 minute assembly at the gym or cafeteria about "ending bullying."
