When did you become a monster?

Ive noticed lately that alot of people seemed to have joined the fanbase only recently. So, when did you become a monster? 

 

I was a fan since Just Dance but I didn't really start stanning till Paparazzi/Bad Romance. I eventually evolved into a bigger and bigger fan and each year i seemed to become more of a fan (by that, i mean that in 2011 before BTW, i was in looove with her but i wasn't really interacting with her or any fans I still kept up with all the news and got the album in physical form 2 days early. In 2012 i began following her much more and started seeing every tweet, facebook post etc and signed up for littlemonsters.com. The ARTPOP hype in late 2012 and early 2013 drew me in even more and by that point i knew every detail about Gaga, i could/can sing every lyric to every song etc. At this point i knew Gaga was my absolute #1 and would be forever. I was lucky enough to attend the BTWB in 2012 too. I went to the artRAVE twice last year, have met Gaga twice and met various other haus members and interacted with them so much that some now properly know me, gotten the opportunity to work as the first of 3 monster moderators on littlemonsters.com and now 0perationgaga.com. I am 100% sure that i will always be here for Gaga no matter what, and I'm here for more than just her music. I'm here for what shes done, is doing, and everything shes still going to do as an activist, singer, artist, dancer, performer, actor and the list goes on. I've grown up with her, and i'll keep growing with her.) So, what about you guys?

The Moment i listened to Paparazzi and watched its MV...i wasn't a big fan in the beginning ..more like a casual listener but i did find her interesting, later when i watched TMB tour videos ,i started to like her more and by the time BTW was released,i became a full time fan and ever since then i've been following her every single move  .Hoping that i'll continue doing so for the next 30 years and more

Same as you, Just Dance was actually the first pop song ever that I loved, and then I became a huge fan of The Fame and then I became obsessed with her after 2009 VMA's. Still am

When Bad Romance was sent to the world.

Summer 2008 when I heard for the first time Just Dance on the radio ! I was on holiday and I was so excited to go back home to download it ! I was slayed at the first listen ! 

Then I kept on following what she was doing. I became obssessed when the demo of Bad Romance was revealed.

I began following Gaga right before or after the Paparazzi music video was released  I used to religiously check Perez Hilton's site and I always saw his posts about her so I became intrigued, and I was already addicted to Just Dance and Poker Face so that spurred it on

Right around when Bad Romance was about to be released . I remember some of the first news items I saw were the Alejandro demo + DITD leak, and I listened to the Bad Romance demo.

I liked her when Just Dance was released here in August 2008 but I became a hardcore fan when I first saw the video to Poker Face in November/December 2008

I became a fan with Born This Way. I was a hater before, basically because I was in the biggest Tomb Raider forum in Spain, and everything was about her, I mean, almost everybody had an avatar of Gaga and the Lady Gaga thread was one of the biggest ones there, it looked more like a Gaga forum than a TR forum. But then, the forum closed (and one of the reasons of why it closed it was because it didn't feel like a Tomb Raider forum anymore, queen of closing forums ), so I was feeling a little bit less sick about her because I was not seeing her everyday.

Months later, Born This Way was released, and I was in a phase of self-acceptance, I was trying to come out of the closet, be stronger, forget what people said about me during almost all my life, and be proud of who I am, and well, Born This Way helped a lot. I remember listening to Born This Way, Hair, and Marry The Night everyday. It touched my heart and it changed my life and the way I see things, so I started watching interviews from her, her previous work, her concerts... And I fell in love with her, so I became a Little Monster!
