What is a Tori Kelly and a Twenty One Pilots? No shade to them I'm sure they're talented but they are not VMA calibre. Where did MTV's budget go? Isn't this one of the most exciting award shows of the year?

The fact that Nicki and Justin will be their biggest performers is a little sad. I like them but... I can't see how any of these acts are gonna be show stoppers. The Weeknd is literally the only performer who's at their A-game right now, popularity wise. They couldn't get Taylor Swift, Ed Sheeran or even Drake?
