Honestly, no. I remember being a little annoyed with "m-m-m-marry" back when it was released as a promo single in early 2011. I wasn't really happy to see it on the album again.

Sometimes it just feels like a gimmick rather than something the song needs. Not in the case of The Fame and BR because she had her persona that matched that weirdness, but not anymore imo.

I should just start waiting until you post in threads from now on.

It don't want it anymore, but it was clever and a good way of not adding anymore lyrics

I think you could convey the same catchiness and oddities through actual lyrics. Luv U Sum has a catchy hook like that but it's all spoken.

Yes.

Rah Rah Ah, Ah, Ah and P-P-P-Poker Face are iconic.

In my messy era.

Yes. It's one of Gaga's signature styles. Plus it's hella catchy.

These people get it.

I want powerful ballads, with powerful lyrics

the 'Ooooh Ooooh' from BR was powerful in the way she sings it though... That didn't make the song generic, the lyrics were powerful and well-written.

I wouldn't mind it! It makes the songs more catchy and anthemic. Though I think her work has outgrown using a lot of those since "Bad Romance" and "Judas." With BR it carried nicely with the weirdness everyone saw, but if she did something like that in the same way, it would feel like backtracking to me.
