Oil hit a 6 1/2 year low today to $41.35 per barrel, the lowest price yet since the oil crash that began in October

the catalyst for the additional drop today was data that Japans Economy contracted 1.6% last quarter. Japan is the worlds 3rd largest crude oil consumer

With China still slowing, obvious signs Japans agressive efforts to end 25 years of economic failure are not working, and Iran about to dump world with even more oil, investors dont know what we can possibly do with all the oversupply that just keeps building on storage unused.

ok i just checked its actually less than 4. To be precise 1 US Gallon = 3.785 litres

so $1.13 X 3.786 = $4.27 Per US Gallon in my area

though if u do the currency conversion with the crappy CAN Dollar now...

$4.27 X 0.76 = $3.27 / Gallon in US Dollars

curse the taxes from the Liberals. Gas is so much cheaper in Western Canada. Though having lived in Europe, I cant complain
