Americano is a bop, how can anyone hate that song.

"Jewels N' Drugs" is one of my favorite Gaga songs. I also really love "Dope."

- Swine + Vomit performance at SXSW: such a wonderful performance art piece 

- Americano production and lyrics: the "todos los chicos (chicas), y los chicos (chicas) están besando" and the outro ("don't you try to catch me") always get me  

- You and I by Jo Calderone: her male persona materialized in physical reality? FABULOUS 

-  Alejandro music video: it is my second favorite after bad romance 

- Marry the Night music video: her debut as a director, the deeply personal tone, the prelude pathetique (!) is GENIUS ("and truthfully the lie of it all is much more honest because i invented it") 

- Gaga wearing the burqa: even if she says it's just for fashion, it can be considered as a strong feminist stance 

- Dope and its performances: the ****ing lyrics, her vocals? the vibe of the song? 

- G.U.Y. video (especially the ARTPOP segment): she literally did it FOR US, plus it's a strong commentary on the music industry. if someone doesn't like it, then 

- Born This Way album artwork: living halfway between fantasy and reality? being a vehicle FOR HER FANS? what a statement, what a unique album cover challenging preconceived ideas about beauty a la the TFM cover 

- Judas lyrics and controversy: it's not so hard to get an extended metaphor, i guess. using the twisted version of the archetypical story of betrayal was ICONIC (who's the ultimate betrayer? judas or mary magdalene?)
