Heck no this is a TOY story , it's always based on the relation between kids and their toys not between the toys themselves. Besides How will a love story score an adventure on the big screen , this risks being unrelatable and cliche. Do you know how in the ending of Toy Story 3 they end up with that new girl, the movie should be based on their new home and trying to adapt but also make the protagonist an evil trio of the past three movies coming back seeking revenge or someone new all together. I don't know really but base it on something more adventure based please. There's a few TV specials and short films about that already. The short films are called Toy Story Toons series which started where TY3 had left off.
