I'm sorry but The Fame is so basic compared to ARTPOP

I can see why TF is loved more but ARTPOP is more stellar and polished.

BTW>TFM=ARTPOP>The Fame

I guess it also has to do with when you really became a Gaga fan. She performed at a nightclub in Miami about 4 to 5 months before fame came out and I was hooked. She had the disco stick the glasses and the black hoodie. I couldn't get enough. I loved the behind the scenes youtube videos.  One Sequin At A Time. The TF album may not have been as good as BTW or TFM or even AP but in my case I fell in love with that whole era.

Exactly, I cannot.

"Marilyn, Judy, Sylvia. Tell em' how you feel girls. Work your Jonbennet Ramsey, we'll haunt like Liberace."

To...

"My mom and dad think I'm a mess, but it's alright because, I am rich as piss."

Get ready to be torn apart sis :ohno:

The bias is so real with these people. Because yes ARTPOP has some silly lyrics but which Gaga album doesn't?

I mean... "Ra-ra-ra-ra-rawr..."? Quite unnecessary but y'all praise that to the high heavens.

They're so different :duck:

I just prefer ARTPOP because it's longer, but I have no idea if it's "better". I guess I'm gonna say no, the songwriting and production was stronger on TFM.

I hate it because while she was performing the CTC Ball and recording CTC she wasn't working on LG5 yeah you gonna tell me 'it saved Gaga's life" but still

Cheek to Cheek is going to prove to be the most important album of Gaga's career. Without it, she would've stopped entirely. And honestly I'm amazed that you can say you 'hate' the greatest jazz standards in history, I mean come on. At least have respect of the history backing the album as well as likely the greatest living musical legend being on it.

Just remember when you wish she could have been working on LG5, LG5 probably wouldn't be happening if it weren't for C2C.

Kevin Parker, Mac Demarco, Mark Ronson, and a stoned Lady Gaga. Need I say more?

:applause: Also, @Cesare Borgia kinda surprised you demand Gaga to do two things at once :rip: Going on tour is a very occupying thing. I know we're all used to Gaga writing and recording on the road but this is really an exception in the music industry.

But even with principles aside, you're also wrong. She started recordings on Cheek to Cheek in June 2013. When they ended she was still mid-era with ARTPOP. So in your logic, it's more fair to say that Gaga should've been writing and recording during artRAVE and we actually know she did :flop: So if she'd been working on the next album then, it's not a stretch to assume that she's still writing and recording right now. So I really don't get how you can single out the C2C project as the reason for the delay of the next album or something. As WarholGaga said, this album and era was necessary and it was immensely successful on its own terms on multiple levels.

Anyway, not sure what I'm trying to say anymore, but I just dislike the pressure that fans (and the industry in general, as she admitted herself) put on her. I think it would actually be better if she took longer breaks. It's not normal to crap out artistry the way Gaga has done until now. It's not healthy and I don't believe it contributes to the quality of her work..

To me, yes because TFM to me only has 2 good tracks and AP has 13, in terms of critique and GP no just BC of the Gaga hate bandwagon VS the overrating Gaga bandwagon (2012-2013 vs 2009-2011).

but I'd say in terms of editing, lyrics and production it is 100% better than TFM

Well... "Alejandro, Alejandro, Ale-alejandro, Ale-alejandro"

She's got both hands
In her pocket
And she won't look at you (won't look at you)
She hides true love
En su bolsillo
She's got a halo around her finger
Around you

She's not broken
She's just a baby
But her boyfriend's like her dad
Just like a dad
And all those flames that
Burned before him
Now he's gotta firefight
Gotta cool the bad

---------------------

I wanna be the girl under you (oh yeah)
I wanna be your G.U.Y. (yeah)
I wanna be the grave and earth you (oh yeah)
Our s-x doesn't tell us no lies

Touch me, touch me, don't be sweet
Love me, love me, please retweet
Let me be the girl under you that makes you cry

-------------------------------------------

I asked my girlfriend if she'd seen you round before
She mumbled something while we got down on the floor baby
We might've ****ed not really sure, don't quite recall
But something tells me that I've seen him, yeah

I wanna Just Dance
But he took me home instead
Uh oh! There was a monster in my bed
We french kissed on a subway train
He tore my clothes right off

He ate my heart then he ate my brain
Uh oh uh oh
(I love that girl)
(Wanna talk to her, she's hot as hell)

---------------------------------------------

I know, I know, I know, I know you want me
You're just a pig inside a human body
Squealer, squealer, squealer, you're so disgusting
You're just a pig inside...
Do you? I know, I know, I know you want me
You're just a pig inside a human body
Squealer, squealer, squealer, you're so disgusting
You're just a pig inside...

Be that hog sweat it out, you squealer? (let your body jiggle)
Slap her skin–he love to watch her ass go wiggle (it's the feel of ecstasy)

weakest song on tfm lyricly is telephone

ARTPOP is kinda a little bit better than TFM (but they are pretty different, so it´s hard to compare, both masterpieces of their own :legend: ), it´s better than TF and waaaaaaay better than BTW :kissga:

VforVendetta

no :toofunny:

For me yes, why can't you people accept that everyone has a different taste.

DITD breakdown has happened again anyway with Vogue, MJH is much more original for me.

I thought about this as well but then I kept my 8 favorite songs from ARTPOP and I realised that I loved them more than most songs on TFM.
