Uhuh, and so what? This pastor's words are completely protected. He didn't threaten to kill anyone, he didn't say anything illegal and his words aren't likely to provoke gays to riots and violence. It's his view and he has a right to express it, as has been determined by the Supreme Court on numerous occasions.

I'm pretty sure the point of stoning is to kill somebody. Just because the Supreme court did not choose to consider these "preachings" hurtful, does not make them any less... hurtful. I gave an example of how false advertisement is illegal. Probably won't provoke riots and it's still illegal. I don't know why some people in the US live under the great fear that freedom of speech is under some invisible threat. It is not, if you want a cause choose a better one instead of your "right" to proudly say "kill the gays" in public.  I told you that in Europe we have freedom of speech too and you can be against the LGBT all you want, there are plenty who are and yet they manage to do it without expressing their ideas of stoning us to death.

The Supreme Court does consider them hurtful. The fact they are hurtful is irrelevant, one is allowed to be hurtful and offensive, in countries that value free speech, that is.

But you have been told that already by someone a few post above. And don't talk about slaying any lessors, cause in the freedom of press ranking you country is forty-something, below most European countries.
