The Born This Way and ARTPOP backlash obviously affected her a lot... ARTPOP being a direct result of the Born This Way backlash. I just feel like sometimes Gaga gets into this wreckless state of mind in which she does things because she wants to satisfy the chart fans and not because she was actually inspired to do something.ย I'd like for her to use herย own intuition. She has the voice of a lion leashed by an angel. She can write a song about anything and make it work. She's here to stay... This album is just another Gaga album. An album with stellar reviews/sales could prove to haters, fence-sitters, and pessimistic fansย that Gaga's still able to compete with Katy, Taylor,ย Beyoncรฉ, and Ariana. An album with mediocre reviews/sales would probably just stall her career.I agree with the sentiment that Gaga's already an icon.
