"Suffer the consequences"?  Looks like the kid is already suffering.  I have been in schools that were designated for behavior differenced youth, and this form of treatment was never used, not even with the high-school aged students.

The 'professionals' need to go back and relearn appropriate ways to handle misbehavior and reviewing child psychology may also help.

The officer looks like a disgusting pig. Has to feed his ego somehow. I'm repulsed.

WTF that cop is an absolute IDIOT.. Imagine if your kid was handcuffed like that without your knowledge. I'd be so angry.

and if he was swinging at people, that's not ADHD.. the kid needs a program to learn anger management for his behavior problems.

Ugh. Cops need to stop abusing their authority.

Everybody is calling out on the cop but who call the cop to deal with an ADHD kid in the first place? Sure they can be violent but they are trained people to deal with them because it's not a crime to have ADHD it's ****ing hard!

Does anyone have a suggestion on what a cop was suppose to do with this kid having one of his ADHD tantrums?  The arms are obviously to small for adult handcuffs, but what was he expected to do?  If you have an answer please share it.  Obviously the school employees did not know what to do - or lets bring up the parents - not around are they?  I don't think the kid was harmed just having his one in several melt downs during the day.   Kids whine to get attention especially this one.

This is why kids with behavioral problems should not be placed in public schools where public school employees are incapable of handling these types of things. There should be a  special needs school  designated for these special needs kids.
