RainingOnMe 7,280 Posted August 3, 2015 Share Posted August 3, 2015 An Ohio man killed his neighbor for cutting her lawn at night by shooting her at point-blank range and then running a push mower over her body, authorities said.James Blair allegedly shot Linda Ciotto, 62, in the face outside her Willard home at around 9 p.m. Tuesday, reports KSHB.
