Omg some cops are so retarded....they deserve the worst........they deserve to go to jail.....but they probably wont cuz they are cops......so ****ong stupid and sad.....some people use theor power in the wrong way

Just goes to show that cops are out of control across the board.

What's stopping them from doing things like this to anyone, whether white, black, Hispanic, other minority, gay, transgender, women, or even children?

How could any of those officers think that any of this makes them look good? It's a horrible display of power, I don't care if we just get bits and pieces. If this person was a suspect, they weren't reading him his rights, arresting him, or treating them humanely at all.  

Actions like these just reinforce the idea that cops abuse their power, get away with BS like this due to corrupted politics, and have contributed in dividing this nation even further when this nation has come so far progressively and gets a bit more equal every day up to recent times. Not sure what can be done, but stories like this disgust me...

Yeah it's not all cops that are perpetrating such acts, but when a lot of their fellow cops are helping cover up their actions, punishing the whistle blowers, and then letting offenders continue to go back out on the streets, it's really hard to say it's simply the case of a few bad apples.

That's actually what I said. The majority are good though, however I doubt I will be able to convince most people here.
